Small Business Coaching has been around for a relatively short period of time, with business coaches often coming from corporate companies where they have either been made redundant, or sometimes they get sick of the ‘rat race’ and decide to work from home and become a coach.
The problem with this is that these people often do not understand what it is like to work with and in a small business.
However, one thing I can tell you about these people is that they have come from a background which manages all their numbers, including – the number of sales, leads, invoices, income, profit, sickness records et, etc.
When you also consider that a big corporate business is just a small business that did it right, there is little wonder why is is so important to measure your sales and marketing results.
