Everyone tells me they want to be successful. Everyone tells me that they are totally committed to becoming more successful. They want a bigger house, better holidays, a new top-end car, the second house in another part of the world, a Rolex watch etc.
However, in reality, they DON’T TAKE THE REQUIRED ACTION. They don’t do anything different in order to achieve that success. Instead, they do the same thing over and over again and that was Einstien’s definition of insanity.
The fact is that most small business owners are not committed to success and that is why they have not achieved the levels of success they want and deserve.
If you are serious about being successful then you’ve got to pay the price of success. The question is what does it take for your business to become more successful?
The answer to this is – clear, you need to do something different. The next question is what are you going to do differently?
The answer is simple. If you want your business to be more successful, then there are only two ways.
- Reduce costs
- Increase sales.
The good news is you can reduce costs immediately. The bad news is that you can only save a limited amount.

- Improving your lead creation
- Improving your lead conversion
