Module 1 –Production of a marketing plan

By the end of this module you will have the basis of a marketing plan agreed including a budget, action plan, agreed niche, products, branding and result measurement tools.

Module 2 – Improve your marketing results

This module is the basis of everything I do.  It is about improving the results you are getting from your marketing because there is no correlation between the effort and investment you put in and the results you get out.  In other words, you can market your businesses website and get no results and I am going to show you how to get great results

Module 3 – Develop new ways of marketing your business

In this module, you are going to learn about some of the new fascinating ways that companies like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and others are making available to small business owners

Module 4 – Utilise marketing without money strategies (MWM)

There are so many ways to market your business without spending a penny on marketing.  True you do have to spend time.  In this module, you are going to learn my top four tips for winning new using MWM.

Module 5 – Get proof of concept from your advertising

One of the biggest mistakes I see small business owners make is not measuring their marketing.  In this module, you are going to learn what to measure and how to measure it.  You are also going to learn how to develop ‘PROOF OF CONCEPT.  In other words, once you know that for every £1 you invest in something like Google Advertising, you are going to get £10 out, then you have an unlimited budget.  This is very exciting!

Module 6 – Get more people to your website and improve conversion rates

This module is central to the success of your business.  This is because your website is the hub of your marketing and your business.  In this module, you will learn how to get traffic to your site and then ensure that this traffic converts into leads, meetings and sales.

The sessions will be held using a ‘lunch and learn’ format from 12.30pm to 1.30pm every Wednesday.  The six-week programme will run from Wednesday 4th May to Wednesday 8th June.  Each session will be recorded, so if you miss a session, you will not lose out.  Also, the format will NOT be a webinar.  It will be held using Zoom Meetings and so you are free to fully take part and ask questions etc.
